☀️ 1. Seven Cycles of Herbal Wick Infusion
Before soot is collected, cotton wicks are soaked in herbal infusions such as onion juice or Euphorbia Hirta (depending on the variant).
These infused wicks are then sun-dried through seven natural drying cycles, allowing the herbal essence to deeply absorb into the fibers.
🔥 2. Collecting the Soot
The herb-infused wicks are gently burned using pure castor oil to collect fine, rich soot — forming the base of Vanya Kajal.
🐄 3. Blending & Enrichment
The collected soot is then blended with nourishing ingredients like:
- Gir cow ghee
- Bhimseni camphor
Hand-mixed in small batches to achieve the desired consistency.
🌿 4. Handcrafted in Small Batches
Every batch is hand-mixed in limited quantities.
No preservatives.
No artificial additives.
No industrial shortcuts.
